dsh-opencode-go-plus: A Live OpenCode GO Provider for DSH

DSH released the adapter `llm-pi-ai`, designed to address the issues of the built-in OpenCode GO routing model list being frozen and protocols being fixed. By reading the live directory, the plugin supports dynamic protocol resolution for a single route, eliminating the need to configure each model individually. It supports multiple protocols, automatically detects duplicate routes, and can handle the `x-opencode-session` header. It requires Node.js ≥ 22.19.0 and DSH 0.1.0-rc.8 or later. After installation, configure the gateway URL and API key to get started.
